Food for Thought
There has always been something deeply satisfying about having a place to collect and share the things I'm constantly discovering — reflections on food and healing, new recipes I've been playing with, emerging research that genuinely excites me, and thought-provoking articles that make me stop and think.
This blog will be that space — a mix of personal insights, practical tips, and resources, all shaped by my experience in clinical nutrition and my love for cooking, learning, and helping people understand what food can actually do for them.
It's coming soon. In the meantime, if there's something you'd love to know more about, feel free to email me — I may not be able to reply to every message, but I often use your questions and feedback to guide future posts.

I’ve discovered how easy it is to make your own full-fat cottage cheese, using only high-quality ingredients.
